Learning Outcome: Growth and Skills
Hours: 2
I spent approximately two hours doing French on duolingo. There were some words that I kept getting confused which was a bit annoying. I agree with the people who say duolingo is better used with other language learning than by itself, however, it is still of some use alone. There are definetly things I don't understand, specifically some of the prepositions, but I realized that I still am learning something and that if I do decide to take French in college or at another time in life I will have a small basis to work with (plus knowledge of other romance languages helps!). One of the words I learned in these hours is "boulangerie," which means bakery! I worked mainly on "family," "activities," and "people."
